Does PadosXO charge a commission or lead fee?
No. Creating a service page is free, PadosXO takes no commission on your work, and nothing is charged per lead or enquiry. Payment is agreed directly between you and the customer.
How do customers find me on PadosXO?
Three ways. Residents near you find your page in the services directory, filtered by trade. You reply directly to Requirement posts. And happy customers recommend you by name in the feed, with their verified badge on the recommendation.
Do I need documents or a licence to list my service?
No paperwork is needed to start. PadosXO doesn't run background checks or verify credentials, and residents are told this clearly. Many will ask you for references or police verification, especially for work inside their home.
Does PadosXO verify or vet service providers?
No, and we say so plainly on the pages residents see too. PadosXO doesn't background-check providers, verify qualifications, guarantee work or settle disputes. What it offers instead is recommendations from verified neighbours who've actually used you.
How is this different from Urban Company?
Urban Company is a booking platform. It sets prices, takes a commission, assigns jobs and owns the customer relationship. PadosXO introduces you to residents nearby and steps out of the way. You set your price, keep the full payment, and keep the customer.
Which trades work best on PadosXO?
Anything where trust and proximity matter more than price - plumbers, electricians, carpenters, AC and appliance technicians, cooks and tiffin services, home tutors, deep cleaning, pest control, tailors, drivers and pet care.
