How do I download PadosXO?
PadosXO is free on the Google Play Store for Android. Search for PadosXO or use the download button on this page, which links to the official listing. You'll need your pincode and a phone number to register. Your number is used for account security and isn't shown to other users.
Is PadosXO free to download?
Yes. PadosXO is free to download and free to use for residents, with no subscription and no card details at sign-up. Business and service provider pages are free to create today.
Is there a PadosXO APK I can download directly?
Only install PadosXO from the official Google Play listing. APK files on third-party sites are outside our control, are often modified, and aren't supported. If you found a PadosXO APK anywhere other than Google Play, it didn't come from us
Is PadosXO on iOS?
Not yet. PadosXO is Android-only today. Email hello@padosxo.com with the subject "Notify me" and we'll tell you when the iPhone version is ready
What permissions does the app need, and why?
Location, which helps confirm you live in the area you registered. That's what makes a verified resident's post worth believing. Your live location is never shown to other users, and your exact address is never displayed.
How do I check whether my pincode is live?
Enter your six-digit pincode in the checker at the top of this page. If your area is live, install and register straight away. If it isn't, leave your pincode and we'll tell you when it opens.
Do I need to give my phone number?
Yes, to secure your account. It isn't displayed on your profile, isn't shown in posts and isn't shared with other users. Conversations happen in the app, only with people you choose.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes your profile and your ability to sign in. What's kept afterwards, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy. If you can't access the app, email hello@padosxo.com from your registered details and we'll handle it.

PadosXO is a pincode-first neighbourhood app. Register the pincode you live in, and from that moment your feed is everything happening within 10 km: safety alerts, community questions, marketplace listings, requirements, recommendations, local events, area news, and nearby businesses and service providers.
